Just like to say what a great Villa V10 this is went for my 45th birthday and was more than enough room and facilities for the seven of us it is in a great location and within an excellent complex there are litterly loads of bars and restaraunts within 5 mins walk and the beach is within 1 min (las vistas) which as to be one of the best on the island it is nice and peaceful location with no noise at night.
I would highly recommend anyone wanting to rent a villa to contact Paul as he provides a brilliant service without any complications cant wait for my next visit ad will definitely be contacting Paul again regards accommodation many thanks for our wonderful week Mick 28/3/11
Hi Paul, Just a quick email to say thank you for renting your place in Tenerife to us. We had a great time there and the lcoation was excellent. We walked each evening to Las Americas which was great and watching the golfers each morning with breakfast was a nice way to start each day. We got great weather and spent the days on the beaches.

Our family have had a wonderful time staying at the Villa,it was a perfect getaway.
We had plenty of room for the 8 of us ,the facilities were excellent and the owners
were extremely helpful and obligeing.
The villa was far enough away to give seclusion
and privicy but only 50 metres from the local amenities.
We have stayed in quite
a few villas and this was certainly one of the best.
The Beach by the Compostela
Beach is quite stunning and will not disappoint.
We stayed in mainly but in the evenings
we went for Walks along the Sea Front,
During the Day we were happy to just have lazy days by the pool relaxing or go down
the the Beach or Both.
I would definately recommend the villa to family and friends.

Hello Mr. Dean,
Just got back from spending a week in Tenerife at this beautiful
villa. The pictures are accurate but you have to see it to believe it, one of the
most beautiful areas I have ever seen.
Mrs. & Mr Fisher (Agents).... were great -
I don't have enough room on this website to go into all the details of what made
this trip so wonderful -
so you have to GO and see for yourself.
We hope to make this a yearly holiday spot -
We have memories to last a lifetime!.

The Villa is excellent furnished with many rooms. Nice and clean. There is a great to be right beside the Play La Vistas Beach which is Fantastic and very Safe. The Villa is situated in a good distance from the Beach and the Pool, and is very quiet apart from some beach Front Noises and the sound of the waves. The surroundings also include a nice heated swimming pool, and the kids pool was great apart from I could not get the kids out when it was time to go. Both in advances as during the stay, the support from Paul and his Agent John is very good. We definitely recommend the area, complex and will be going again. 21/11/2010

staying in "Compostela Beach" a great play on your name which immediately made it
feel like home. Once inside that was when the homely touches grab you ,The fantastic
fitted kitchen, the fabulous shower and the settee that turns into a double bed is
great and the nice big T.V and the fact it overlooks the pool should ensure we will

My mum and dad had a lovley time. The apartment was beautiful tastefully furnished and the bathroom and kitchen were fantastic.
The weather was a little disappointing, it rained for three days on and off but they said it was nice to come back to such a nice apartment with everything you could need to make your holiday a success. They will use it again in the future and from what they have said I think I will use it at some point as the pool facilities sound just right for my 12 &15 year olds. We normally stay across the road at the Tenerife Royal Garden but its very quite which I love but Amy & Adam want to meet up with other children their age and it sounds more like your complex would suit them. 53B was really decorated nicely and tasteful inside the rooms there was EVERYTHING I needed, tried to sleep in beds but found a bit hard for me so slept on sofa bed. Also the view from apartment was great and front and back also nice overlooking the pool. So all in all APARTMENT GREAT It is well maintained and clean around pool and apartments reception very helpful and friendly i.e. cabs etc CABS so cheap. Hired a car for days and felt it made my stay must more enjoyable as went down to big supermarket and could potter around . Nice relaxing break a week there would be enough for me personally. Would love to keep in contact as WILL DEF GO BACK AGAIN and also I feel my family will also Mum brothers & sisters, Just now know with anything the way to do it.

Sorry we didn't give you our Feedback when we first got back, totally forgot. Your Villa V10 was lovely a real treat, you can really tell that it's someones home because of the small touches and extras like the washing machine and TV. It was very clean and comfortable and tastefully furnished. Collection and dropping off of the key was well organised and went without a hitch. The complex was in a good location, just a 1 minute walk down into the Beach and the seafront. The pool was large and clean and had the added bonus of a children's area. The pools are serviced by a poolside cafe where the service is quick and the prices cheap. Don't use the complex shop, that's a rip off but with Merodones Supermarket very close you can get everything you need for a great holiday. (The wine's great too). If I visit Tenerife again I will most certainly be looking to book with you and have recommended this Villa to my family and friends.

floor apartment suited us perfectly. I met Joanne whilst I was there and she was
brilliant. The sun shone every day and the temperature was in the mid-
My granddaughter and I enjoyed every minute and will certainly go again.
The airport transfers worked well and the staff from Orange Bus were great.
