Parque Santiago III is one of the most sought after seafront luxury apartment complexes in Southern Tenerife enjoying long sunny days all year round! This perfect location is on the "Golden Corner" between Playa de Las Americas & Los Cristianos (a pleasant 10mins or so, stroll away) This attractive complex has beautiful landscaped tropical gardens & is well known for its splendid seawater pools (1 heated) with its well looked after sun terraces, providing a tranquil & romantic setting in the evening.

The pedestrian walkway takes you in both directions along the coastline & there is plenty to see & enough "watering holes" on the way!
