The apartment is carefully designed it to be optimally adapted if you're sitting in a wheelchair, non-slip floor , sliding doors, upphissbara beds, flexible toilet elevation , customized flexible shower seat, power outlets at its height , gardening wardrobes that work sitting, legroom under the hob and sink and threshold -free .  At Playa de las Vistas is a special section that is especially suited if you're sitting in a wheelchair. There are also opportunities and help from lifeguards if you want to bathe and refresh disabled-friendly toilets and showers. There are lounge chairs for handicapped.
