The complex consists of 39 units, bungalows, one and two bedrooms The Complex is surrounded by green areas with a splendid swimming pool with a separate area for children to enjoy a nice swim and relax in the sun. This attractive complex is located in a quiet, although central, location, right in the tourist area of Playa de las Américas. The complex lies within minutes of the beach and the town centre.
Public transport is to be found in the surrounding area (approximately 100 m away). The inviting beach and the turquoise blue sea are approximately 200 m away, the beach promenade is also nearby and the sandy beach is 700 m away. Plenty of shopping venues, restaurants, a diversity bars and buzzing nightlife venues are located in the hotel's neighbourhood.The modern, inviting studios are fitted with a combined living/bedroom with a double sofa bed, an en-suite bathroom, satellite TV (for an added fee), a kitchenette with a fridge, a toaster, a kettle, an oven and a washing machine; a hire safe (additional fees apply) and a balcony or terrace.
